Resonance blades

There are 8 blades in the game (including the starting Rusty Sword), each with a unique combat technique. Two are obtained automatically from the story, and 6 hide in Hero Tomb light puzzles. This page covers every location.

Hero Tomb Light-Puzzle Method

Five blades hide in Hero Tombs, all sharing the same routine:

  1. Find the green gem — always on the main statue/pillar base
  2. Find the marked standing platform / metal ring on the ground — that's basically your designated spot
  3. Lock the base beam onto the green gem first, then rotate to align the red/blue beams to their targets
  4. All three lit → the floor/tomb door opens

Xiphos gotcha: smash the jars first — a gem point hides behind one.

Linked Trophies

TrophyTierRequirement
PlundererGoldCollect all 8 blades
AdaptableSilverAt least 1 kill with every blade (including the starting Rusty Sword); the DLC Hero's Blade isn't needed

Tip: score one kill immediately after getting each new blade to avoid redoing Adaptable later. The DLC Hero's Blade (Heritage Pack) doesn't count toward any trophy.
