Collectible Locations

Falchion: by the water in the carnival — interact with the barrel by the boat (this also unlocks the grapnel). The pre-order Heritage Pack adds the Hero's Blade (doesn't count toward trophies).
Serenissima Banner (Relic of the Present): before the bridge, turn right to the dock.
Bombasin Mask (Relic of the Present): in the large carnival square, in the right-hand corner on the ground.
Beads #1 charm: after Leni picks the lock, past the two-pig backyard, squeeze through the gap and immediately turn left to a small crate.
Bracelet #1 charm: after the grapnel tutorial pulls down the archer, swing over the gap and immediately turn left to a small crate.

⚠️ Missable Achievement: Theater Enthusiast

Behind the torch-juggling stage in the carnival square, a small path leads to a puppet show. Stand in front of it for about a minute until the achievement pops — leaving early won't count.
