After the credits, return to the main menu and use chapter select to collect any blades, charms or artefacts you missed (Resonance Points excluded). With everything collected, you can go for the full achievement/platinum run.
Fixed Oct 6: a bug where the Book was unusable after the credits was fixed in the October 6 Bug Fix Update — update your game if the Book won't open after the ending.
